Ordering online from Isabel Fargnoli is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

Once you have your selected items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account, or enter contact details. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

The order will be shipped within 2 working days after we received the confirmation of payment. Once sent, we'll give you the tracking number of the package, so you can track it through the world :) Please contact us here if you haven't received your handmade bikini order after 4 weeks.

We do not accept returns for refunds. You can however exchange in size, colour and style. We will only accept returns for an alteration, or for an exchange in size, colour and style (excluding the cost of original shipping). Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible. All returns must be sent via email to info@isabelfargnoli.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order. ISABEL FARGNOLI is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn goods Please choose carefully - returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE.
